This World Environment Day, June 5th 2018, Isha Foundation along with Rally for Rivers is partnering with the UN Environment to raise awareness about the need for banning single-use plastic by conducting awareness drives around this year’s theme “Beat Plastic Pollution" in over 250 iconic locations around the world.

How can you help #BeatPlasticPollution?

On the Ground:

We will be organizing local city-based events and global online campaigns to spread awareness. Take part in the awareness event in your city from the June 2nd to 5th and support us on social media by spreading the messages we share to your friends and family. Maximise your impact and help us reach out to as many as possible!

Online:

UN Environment is organizing a worldwide #BeatPlasticPollution game of tag on social media towards this initiative. To take part in the build-up to 5th June, we are supporting the UN to get people around the world to share online on their social network, what they are doing to change their single-use plastic habits.

This is the need of the hour.

Let’s get together and do what is needed for now and for the future.

#BeatPlasticPollution - Let’s make it happen!
