The Black and Brown Workers Cooperative name paternalism as one of the most used conduits for white supremacy within the walls of non-profits.

We will be discussing paternalism, everyday microaggressions and other forms of violence including targeting, uneven accountability and retaliation against Black and Brown Workers. We know that the aforementioned acts impact the emotional and physical well-being of Black people in work spaces and through our daily lives.

PLEASE PARTICIPATE IF YOU'RE ABLE!
