Join the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty at this year's Forum to catalyze momentum for the Housing Not Handcuffs campaign, now with over 600 endorsing organizations and individuals committed to ending the criminalization of homelessness. Our focus will be on furthering the movement, bringing key voices to the table including those currently or formerly experiencing homelessness, grassroots advocates, legal advocates, elected officials, and others. We're pleased to announce that this year's Keynote Speaker is Leilani Farha, United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Human Right to Housing.

Registration is now open and includes breakfast, lunch, and a rooftop reception (weather permitting), in addition to plenaries on criminalization and strategy sessions on panhandling, encampments, renters' rights, and youth homelessness. Come network with leaders and advocates from across the country, and be a part of the national conversation to end homelessness.
